Is to service our clients with qualified candidates who are affecting growth in their industries. We have invested years in developing and nurturing an expansive network of Information Technology sales professionals. We recruit and present candidates who can produce revenue in our client’s market.

OUR ROLE…
Is to liaise between candidates and hiring authorities and to provide both with a professional informational resource for industry trends and the employment process. We place priority on understanding the needs and motivations of both the employer and the candidate. We facilitate the process of bringing together people and companies who can mutually benefit from each other. This process starts with an introduction and continues well after the placement is made.

OUR METHODOLOGY
Is to meet all of our clients to understand their company culture, business objectives, and unique hiring criteria, and requirements. We also meet with all candidates prior to presenting to our clients to clearly understand their sales strengths, long term objectives, and presentation skills.
