Jim Riely founded the Brownstone Sales and Marketing Group in New York City in 1988. He held sales, management and human resources positions for an international shipping company for four years before turning his energies full time toward recruiting. A 1984 graduate of Villanova University, Jim and his wife Doreen are the parents of two daughters, Abby and Sophie. Jim splits his time between Manhattan and Tewksbury, New Jersey.

Chris Doyle joined the Brownstone Group in July of 1994 before which he accumulated nearly ten years of experience in sales, marketing and executive recruiting. He graduated from Siena College in 1985 and lives with his wife Kristin and two sons Matthew and Kevin in Glen Rock, New Jersey.
Catherine joined the BrownstoneGroup in 2004 with over 14 years of successful sales experience. She brings a wealth of knowledge, contacts and proven experience from Internet startups and Telecom companies such as Information America, BBN Planet, Akamai Technologies and Global Crossing. She has developed many relationships with clients seeking employees and candidates seeking employment. Catherine holds a BS degree in Accounting from LeMoyne College.
